It contains no preservatives, artificial colorings or flavorings. The ingredients are simple: just apples and cinnamon! Sometimes less is more!

Apple Smoothie Recipes

Apple Fruity Burst Smoothie

2 sliced apples

1 banana

½ cup yogurt

1 cup apple juice (or orange juice)

1 handful of mixed berries (your choice)

Directions

Blend in your blender until smooth.


Pineapple/Apple Smoothie

1 apple, cored

1 pear, cored

Ice as needed

8 chunks of pineapples

1 tbsp honey

Directions

Blend in your blender until smooth and enjoy!


Basic Apple Smoothie

1 apple, cored

1 banana

1 cup pineapple

Directions

Blend in your blender until smooth.


Apple Tropical Smoothie

2 apples, cored

6 strawberries, capped

1 cup berries

1 cup pineapple

Ice as needed

1 cup fresh orange juice

½ cup yogurt

Directions

Blend in your blender until smooth and enjoy!


Apple and Banana Smoothie

½ cuo orange juice

¼ cup milk - or you can use almond milk

1 banana (if you use a frozen one you probably won’t need ice)

1 apple, cored

Directions

Blend in your blender until smooth and enjoy!
