Once blended up, drop one or two florets (of cauliflower) into your blender. Mix it up well, and we guarantee that you won’t be able to tell that there’s a veggie in there!

1 ½ banana(s)

2 cauliflower florets

1 cup berries – of your choice

½ cup water

½ cup milk, you can also use almond milk

Tropical Cauliflower Blend

2 mangoes

2 to 3 cauliflower florets

½ bananas

½ cup water

½ cup milk, you can also use almond milk

Ice as desired

Banana Mint Smoothie

1 banana

1 lettuce leaf

2 cauliflower florets

2 or 3 mint leaves

1 cup milk, you can also use almond milk
