Why Celery Juice?

This vegetable is without a doubt one of the healthiest there is! Celery contains many different vitamins and minerals that are essential for everyday life.

Digestion – when you juice celery special nutrients are released that help aid bowel movements. But be careful, juiced celery can be a powerful laxative relieving constipation quickly. Celery helps relieve cramps as well.

Anti Inflammatory – Luteolin found in celery, helps to combat inflammation. It also contains something called polyacetylene which helps provide amazing relief for almost any kind of inflammation…such as: arthritis, gout, bronchitis etc.

Insomnia –not getting enough sleep in your routine can wreck havoc on your health. It is important! If you are having trouble sleeping try consuming a fresh glass of juiced celery an hour or two before bed. (you can add a tablespoon or two of honey to help with the taste) This is known as a good tonic for good sleeping!

Banana Celery Smoothie

¼ cup celery-juice

1 tbsp honey

1 banana

½ cup spinach

1 cup ice

½ cup almond milk or milk or water

Directions

Blend in your blender until smooth and enjoy!


Carrot Apple Spinach Blueberry Celery Smoothie

2 baby carrots

1 apple, seeded

¼ cup celery-juice

½ cup spinach

½ banana

½ cup blueberries

½ cup yogurt, vanilla

¼ cup milk, you can also use almond milk or water

1 cup ice

Directions

Blend in your blender until smooth and enjoy!



Peach Celery Smoothie

1 peach, pitted

¼ cup celery-juice

½ banana

½ cup yogurt, vanilla

¼ cup milk, you can also use almond milk or water

1 cup ice

Directions

Blend in your blender until smooth and enjoy!


Celery Pineapple Blend Smoothie

1 cup fresh pineapple

¼ cup celery-juice

½ banana, frozen * if you don’t use a frozen banana add a cup of ice!

One handful of spinach *optional

Directions

Blend in your blender until smooth and enjoy!


Celery Breakfast Smoothie

¼ cup celery-juice

1 banana

½ cup granola

1/8 to 1/4 cup milk, you can also use almond milk

¼ cup yogurt, vanilla * optional

Add one cup of ice if you did not use a frozen banana!
