1 handful spinach

1 banana

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp honey

1 cup ice

1 cup almond milk, you can also use water

Directions

Blend in your blender until smooth and enjoy!


Cinnamon Apple Smoothie

1 apple, cored and peeled

½ cup almond milk

½ cup water

½ banana

1 ½ tsp cinnamon

1 cup ice

1 tsp honey

Cinnamon Yogurt Smoothie

1 apple, peeled and cored

½ cup milk or water

4 -6 oz yogurt, vanilla

1 tsp cinnamon

1 cup ice

½ banana *optional

Peanut Butter Cinnamon Breakfast Smoothie

¼ cup uncooked oats

1 cup milk, you can also use almond milk if you don’t want to use dairy

¼ cup yogurt, vanilla

2 tbsp peanut butter

1 tsp honey

1 cup ice

1 cup milk

1 banana

1 tbsp peanut butter (add more if you are a real peanut butter lover!)
