How to Make your Own Pineapple-Juice

There are two effective ways to go about juicing a pineapple. You can run the pineapple through a juicer or cut it up into small chunks and throw it in the blender. We’ll explain below:

Blender Method – take a large pineapple, cut the top off, trim the sides removing the skin from the fruit. Next cut the pineapple into small pieces, discarding the core, then place it into your blender and blend for 1 to 3 minutes. If you prefer a chilled drink throw in a couple ice cubes to the mixture.

Juicer Method – take a large pineapple, cut the top off, trim the sides removing skin from the fruit. Next cut the pineapple into strips discarding the core. Run the pineapple strips through your juicer, and PRESTO!

½ banana

¼ cup milk, you can also use almond milk

½ cup mango

1 tbsp coconut oil

Add ice as needed

1 avocado, peeled and pitted

1 banana

¼ cup water or milk
